Hi. I'm Michelle.

I'm  a mum of 2 gorgeous kids, Harry and Sophia, and along with my husband, Ari, we live in the beautiful city of Melbourne. In my personal time, I love travelling the world, spending quality time with my family & friends, and curling up watching a good movie.

As an Australian Registered First Aid Trainer and Assessor, I have over a decade of industry experience teaching adults, and children of all ages. This is my passion, so combined with my drive and industry knowledge, I have created a course jam packed with fun and games to teach our next generation of Superheroes.

Where did this all begin?

It was back in 2014, while I was volunteering at my nephew’s kindergarten. I was talking to the children about First Aid and they were so fascinated. Their faces lit up with excitement and enthusiasm. They loved it! The spark for 'First Aid Superheroes' ignited that day.

Since then I have continued to teach thousands of adults & children state wide, and have been dedicating my spare time to crafting these age specific courses.

Every child should have these basic skills. Skills that they can continue to build on as they grow. After all, what's more important than a life!

Frequently Asked Questions

Is First Aid appropriate for kids at this age?

Absolutely! We never know when an emergency will present itself, and a child may be our only chance of

survival. By building this foundation, even as young as 3 years old, they will have the skills and confidence to respond in an emergency. All of the classes are age appropriate, and the children are taught in a light-hearted, fun environment, so they can enjoy every minute!

Do you teach the children CPR?

We teach an element of CPR; How to recognise a non breathing casualty, plus hand placement and speed for CPR for our older kiddies, but they do not physically perform CPR. They are encouraged to perform the recovery position on each other.

Are you a teacher?

No. I am an Accredited Trainer and Assessor. I have taught First Aid (CPR, Level 1 & 2, Asthma, Anaphylaxis , & First Aid in an Education & Care setting) to hundreds of Schools, Kindergartens, and general workplaces around Victoria.

Do you offer discounts for multiple bookings?

Absolutely. If your organisation would like to book in multiple courses on the same day, please                   and we will happily arrange a quote for you.

Will you travel to us?

We come to you! If you are over 30kms from Melbourne CBD, there is a small travel fee. Please                   for a quote.

How is the course delivered?

We have 2 methods to deliver the session;

The preferred method is using your TV or Projector. (with HDMI connection)

The second is a manual version of the session with picture cards.

Whichever method used, you can ensure the kids will have a blast in this fun and interactive session.

Is this an Accredited Course?

No, it is not an Accredited Course, but the children do receive a certificate of participation and an important

foundation that they can build on through the years.
